Level Five searches artists working spaces

Can you help Level Five to find new working spaces for about sixty artists?

Level Five is a cooperative artist organization providing accessible, affordable and qualitative studios for artists in Brussels.

With one of our temporary occupation contracts expiring in the winter of 2025, we are searching for new spaces.

We are looking for:

  • Spaces between 500m2 and 5000m2
  • Minimum 3 year contract
  • With a functioning heating system

Have you heard this before?

Unlike many other European cities, Brussels lacks dedicated infrastructure and policies that protect studio spaces for artists. Level Five seeks to fill this gap, by making use of underutilised buildings in the city. While we currently rely on short-term rentals to provide accessible studio space, we want to extend these use-terms or even look to invest in long-term solutions, such as freeholds (erfpacht) and collective ownership.

Do you know about spaces that we could use? Let us know!
